It didn’t matter that it was cold. It didn’t matter that it was windy. The new veggie shoots needed to go in the ground, and that’s what she did. Working with her father, my girl was eagerly helping out in the garden, in the middle of winter. I’ll keep you posted when the green beans is fully grow.
Not quite Jack’s magical beanstalk, but it’s quite a magnificent beanstalk that we’ve ever had. My kids bought some beanstalk babies last October at the school’s spring fair and planted them in a big soil bucket off the deck. Who knew they’d grow this beautifully. Up and up you go…!
