Those beautifully colored leaves have started to dry and fell off their trees. On the ground they all lies. It’s still Autumn now but the mild weather has left us, it appears. Bracing the cold and saying goodbye to warm(er) weather. See you again in Spring time.
Looking at cute cupcakes makes me happy, but baking them definitely makes me even happier because most people (read: my kids!) love cupcakes and I just simply love baking. Baking relaxes me. These ones are Caramel Lovers’ Cupcakes, with a soft caramel sponge cake and caramel frosting, made complete by a tiny chunk of Lindt’s (85% cocoa) dark chocolate at the top. It’s caramelicious!
